		<description>I completely agree with you.  There needs to be a mix on the type of Tweets that businesses send out.  I usually suggest that only about 20% be promotional.  Twitter is a wonderful tool.</description>

		<description>This is great advice, however I think businesses have to strike a balance and not use Twitter exclusively for Special Promotions.  There is so much more that Twitter can offer, and a stream full of offers will soon become quite boring.</description>
